Plum cake
A delicious pie! Delicate, airy sponge cake, fragrant plum and.. only 2 tbsp oil for cooking. Highly recommended!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    180 g

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    15 g

  • Water

    4 Tbsp

  • Drain

    10 piece

Cooking

Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy state.

Add the vegetable oil, water, juice and minced (grated on a fine grater) zest the lemon. Mix everything carefully (you can use a mixer).

To introduce into the mixture the sifted with the baking powder and flour, mix until smooth.

Plum wash, dry, remove seeds and cut into arbitrary pieces. Add the plums to the dough, mix well.

In oiled and floured the form, put the dough. Bake in a preheated 175'C oven for 40 minutes (focus on your oven). To check readiness of a wooden skewer.

Ready pie to cool on a wire rack.
