Cooking

step-0
If using raisins, it can be pre-soaked in 50 ml of brandy (or fruit juice for children). The oven immediately turn on to heat up to 180°C, because the batter for the cake will cook very quickly. Proteins vzbit in a solid foam with 2 tablespoons sugar.
step-1
In a separate bowl sift the flour, starch and baking powder, add the remaining sugar. Mix well.

Put the dough in the muffin tin, pre-greased with a little butter and sprinkled with flour.
step-7
Bake in preheated oven for about 40-50 minutes. In any case, focus on your oven and test the cake with a wooden skewer. If during baking the top of the cake gets too brown, cover it with foil. The finished cake to get out of shape, let stand for 15 minutes and then removed from the mold and cool completely on wire rack.
