Cooking
For this recipe we need only 3 main ingredients: bananas, yogurt, and sweetener (in this case honey).
First we peel a banana, cut into small pieces and grind them in a blender. Next, add the yogurt, honey and a pinch of vanilla.
The resulting mixture pour into the prepared tray, cover and send in the freezer for approximately 1.5 hours.
After the mixture had been in the freezer for 1.5 hours - you need to get it to shift into the bowl and again grind in a blender. So it is necessary to do 2-3 times every 1.5-2 hours. This is to ensure that our ice cream has a smooth and without lumps of ice.
After the specified time our ice cream ready to eat! Serve with berry sauce, garnished with fruits, nuts or mint. Bon appetit!
