Description
Real Asturias of fabada is one of the most famous dishes of Spain - is a thick soup of white beans with ham and spicy chorizo. Offer you the option fabada of red beans with sausage, which are more common in our stores. However, replacing the ingredients, you can always enjoy the taste and aroma of this fabada.

Cooking
For cooking I took the KIDNEY beans of the company "the Mistral". It is perfect for soups and hot dishes mixed, as has the remarkable ability to absorb flavors of products that are prepared with it. Beans pour into a saucepan with cold water and leave for 4-6 hours. I do it at night.
The water changed to fresh, bring the beans to a boil, add 2 cloves of garlic (whole) and a pinch of thyme and leave on medium heat for 1 hour.
Prepare meats: bacon, sausage and ham finely chop. *The sausages I took the Bavarian and hunting. Hunting more suitable, they add flavour. Of course, ideally needs to be chorizo.
The veggies are all chopped, including garlic. With tomato I've previously removed the skin, scalded it with boiling water.
With beans drain all the water and add the broth. Broth let it be salted, and then after adding meat products is likely to oversalt. Bring to a boil and put sliced meat. Add 2 Bay leaves. Cook on medium heat for 10-15 minutes.
Put in a pan fried vegetables and cook under cover on low heat for 10 minutes.
Separate about 1 Cup of grounds and blend it in a blender. Add the puree to the soup and continue to cook under a lid for 10-15 minutes.
At the end of cooking remove the Bay leaf and salt and pepper to taste, add half of the parsley, remove from heat and let stand, covered 10-15 minutes.
Our flavorful, thick, hearty, rich shades and super tasty soup is ready! Serve it with fresh bread, sprinkled with parsley.
