Cake
This year oddly, for me, almost coincided with the Catholic Easter, the world Day of laughter and my birthday. Easter dishes in Hungary are prepared usually traditional and all of them these days have on our table. April 1 here is also a joke, but on April 2 I just had fun... And so my festive raspberry cake happened fun. At the same time I want today and all of you too to amuse. Making and eating such raspberry cake, I'm sure, will bring in the Easter holidays and just any holiday a joy both for children and adults. and the elderly. The manufacture of this cake consists of several steps: baking and making cookies, baking biscotti, making custard coloured cream and the decoration of the cake cookies, whipped cream and raspberries. The first step cookies. Mix the egg with the sugar, whisking, add the pieces of butter, mix well and form into a ball. The dough put in the fridge for half an hour. Then cut the special form "bunnies", about 20-24 pieces.

To sort the cookies on the right and left of hares (and then they will need to glue together a pair), neat!!! transfer with a spatula on a baking tray (all errors will then be visible when gluing), preferably covered with baking paper and bake 10 minutes in preheated oven. Allow to cool and reassemble them on a pair to check symmetry.

The second step is the biscuit. Beat the sugar with butter, add the eggs one by one continuing to whisk. Then add the flour, sifted together with baking powder, chopped nuts and chocolate. Mix all, pour the dough in the form d=20 cm and bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes.

Cake to get, cool and trim the top if it is uneven.

The third step is making cookies. To do this, first of frozen raspberries squeeze the juice. For the glaze mix the egg white with the icing sugar and grind well to a smooth white consistency, to separate a small part of the glaze (about 2 tsp) in a separate container. In another, a bigger one, add raspberry juice a little: the color will change from purple to bright pink. Rabbits can be dipped in the glaze, but I got the be careful that the glaze I put a teaspoon - the top and sides were missed by the brush.

Fourth step - draw secisek. Detachable half, the rest will be shadow. White glaze dialed in Carnatic, I have it from the baking paper, and put each rabbit "eyes" and fluffy "nose" and "tail".

Yellow ready-made icing in the tube I was liquid and I had to dilute a small part of my prepared white frosting yellow dye.

Now rabbits need to glue on the pair. Coat with the remaining glaze the underside of one of the hares and not necessarily the entire surface to cover, very well glued together, if a little glaze. And red dye from a tube, draw hares spring fun March coloring - polka dots. The tip of the tube vertically to attach and quickly detach from the glaze. Keep all pots the same time the glaze dries and then very slowly, so you have to be careful. My rabbits dried up day, so it is better to prepare yourself this glaze on a white.

The fifth step is the preparation of custard. Cook the remaining raspberries in 100 ml of water and strain is the cream for kids, for adults - instead of the compote, add the raspberry liqueur. Beat the egg with powdered sugar. 100 ml of milk to dissolve the flour, grind well, add the egg mixture, stir well. The remaining milk bring to a boil and pour the mixture in a thin stream, stirring constantly with a whisk. Boil 5 minutes, add the raspberry juice, stir, cover the receptacle with clingfilm (so that the cream does not become covered by a crust) and leave the cream to cool. Then apply it to the top of the biscuit and flatten with a spatula.

And the last step is the decoration of the cake with whipped cream. To get the chilled cream, add the retainer-binder and vanilla sugar, beat first on low speed, then increase. Apply whipped cream on the cake using a plastic spatula or using a pastry bag, depending on what the surface should eventually get.

To fasten and lightly press a circle of cake "zayachnoye" cookies and decorate top and sides with fresh raspberries or candy imitating berries.
