Cooking
Ingredients for the loaf. Rye flour. Cream. Cheese I take is different every time. In the original, for the filling you need to use a banana. Today I roll with the addition of apples.
Eggs fluffed up with a mixer with sugar until the foam. Put the flour, starch and baking powder. And again whipped.
The pan is rasalila parchment paper. On Bamaga sprinkled a little flour (but not necessarily). Poured the dough on the parchment and flattened, tilting the pan so that the dough is evenly spread on the paper. The oven is already hot. Temperature 200 - 220 degrees. And then most importantly, bake 5 - 7 minutes, no more. Otherwise you'll mess up the roll. It would be bad to curl and break upon twisting.
For the filling, beat the cream together with cream cheese (can be individually, and then combine).
Frozen cranberries need for the stuffing and acidity.
Get a baking sheet out of the oven together with the parchment, take out the cake and give 5 minutes - 10 to cool. Banana can be whipped together with cream cheese or chop it directly into the cheese mass on the sponge cake ready. But today I decided to try it with sweet and juicy apples. After evenly distribute cheese and apples. Sprinkle top with cranberries.
Let stand up a little so that the cake soaked with juice toppings. Then gently roll the roulade with the parchment. The parchment can be easily separated from the cake.
In the fridge roll to remove. Let it remain on the table for better impregnation. (This roll I have with the banana).
And this with apples. The roll top can be sprinkled with powdered sugar. With apples, I almost overdid it. Roll heavy and not all turned out.
Cut into portions and start the tea party!
Air, sweet, with a pleasant sour roll. Help yourself. I'm sure You will like it! ( The photo is not clear, evening ).
