Roast chicken liver
Very tasty, easily dish out of the pot... pechenocna just melts in your mouth...

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    300 g

  • Potatoes

    1 kg

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Spices

  • Sour cream

    4 Tbsp

Cooking

Liver cut into chunks, roll in flour and fry until brown.

Add roughly chopped onion and fry for 5-7 minutes.

Liver with onion put in pot, add coarsely chopped potatoes, tomatoes and diced carrots, worn on a grater. Mix well, season with salt and pepper and cover with water with sour cream. Put in the oven. As a "satyric", the temperaturka diminish and tormented for about 1 hour.

Spread on plates, sprinkle with herbs and call everyone to the table!!!
