Tomatoes Eastern
Every summer I make sure to cook the tomatoes. They look interesting and are not too difficult.

Ingredients

  • Tomato

    7 piece

  • Beef

    350 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Zira

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.2 tsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    1 pinch

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Chili

    3 piece

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    250 ml

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Apple peel and seeds, onions clean. Mince meat, onions and Apple.

Add ground cumin, black and red pepper, soy sauce. Stir the stuffing and repel.

Tomatoes is better to take with a firm flesh and thin skin. Do the tomatoes at three transverse incision, not reaching the bottom. Should get here's "accordion"

Generated from minced meat such small patties and put them on the cuts of tomatoes.

Tomatoes stacked in the form, greased with vegetable oil.

Mix water with tomato paste, add salt and sugar. Tomato paste varies in saltiness so salt put to taste.

Pour the resulting fill in the form with tomatoes. Spread on top of whole chili peppers. They will give the dish a slight pungency. Bake tomatoes in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes. I cover them with a lid (foil). Then increase the temperature to 230°C (lid removed) and bake the dish for another 10 minutes. Be guided by Your oven.
