Cooking
Apple peel and seeds, onions clean. Mince meat, onions and Apple.
Add ground cumin, black and red pepper, soy sauce. Stir the stuffing and repel.
Tomatoes is better to take with a firm flesh and thin skin. Do the tomatoes at three transverse incision, not reaching the bottom. Should get here's "accordion"

Mix water with tomato paste, add salt and sugar. Tomato paste varies in saltiness so salt put to taste.

I cover them with a lid (foil). Then increase the temperature to 230°C (lid removed) and bake the dish for another 10 minutes. Be guided by Your oven.
