Mashed potatoes
This is a simple but delicious recipe for vegetable puree with a sophisticated and bright flavor. Believe me, will not remain indifferent. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    5 piece

  • Pear

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Peel the potatoes and put to boil in salted water until tender. Onion cut into semi rings. Pear ( in the classic version of Apple) peel and seeds, cut into arbitrarily. Fry the pear/Apple along with the onions in a small amount of vegetable oil.

When the onion and pear are soft, add soy sauce and spices. Stir and simmer for another couple minutes.

Stewed pears with onions then place in a blender and blend. With the finished potatoes drain and mash with a potato masher ( a blender not to use it). To mashed potatoes add our pear-onion purée, and spoon from the bottom up and clockwise to mix both thoroughly puree. It is better to work intensively with my hands, but a blender not to use it.
