  • Sugar

    300 g

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Mac

    200 g

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Flour

    180 g

  • Sour cream

    500 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    2 tsp

  • Gelatin

    10 g

Make the dough. Blend butter with sugar.

Add eggs, mix well.

Add poppy seeds, mix well.

Add the baking powder and flour, zamesit dough.

Baking dish (d=26 or 28 cm) vystelit baking paper and put the dough. Put in a preheated 180 degree oven. Bake for 25-30 minutes until dry toothpick.

Ready to leave to cool. To prepare the cream.

Soak gelatine in 100 ml of water, leave for the time indicated on the package. Then melt in the microwave.

Mix the sour cream with sugar, add vanilla sugar. Mix well.

Add gelatin, mix well. To let the cream "to fasten." If the cream is to immediately pour on the cake, it will flow out of the split form. If the form is permanent, the cream can be poured immediately.

Pour the cooled cake with cream. Put in refrigerator for 5-6 hours, preferably overnight.
