Blueberry pie with strategem
In the manner of a Viennese cake. I don't know whether to attribute this recipe for Vienna cake, but the cake turned out amazing! Soft, fluffy dough, tart blueberries and sweet streusel. To party very hard!

  • Powdered sugar

  • Blueberries

  • Vanilla

Preparing a cake is simple, but you need to follow the correct sequence of cooking. Sorry in advance for the photo - a cloudy day ( First beat the softened butter with the icing sugar, adding it gradually. The powder I made using blender.

Then one at a time beat eggs into oil mixture.

Now add half of the flour, a pinch of salt, baking powder and vanilla. All mix well. I added a few drops of almond and rum essences. Another half of flour and stir.

Blueberry crumble is a mixture of flour (1 tbsp) and starch (1 teaspoon). Thus we prevent the leakage of juice, and the berries will fall to the bottom of the pie.

Add berries to the batter and very gently stir.

For stresses in a food processor (a blender or by hand) mix butter, flour and powdered sugar. It turns out crumb.

Spread the batter into the pan, sprinkle with crumbs. I have silicone, can be in normal, but then slightly lubricated with oil. Put into the oven pre-heated to 180C and bake until dry matches (about 35-40 minutes).
