Sweet, crunchy chocolate and soft cream.

Cooking
1. The nuts and flakes lightly fry in a dry pan.
2. Grind using a blender nuts, and cereals. Mix well.
3. Chocolate break into pieces and melt in a water bath or in the microwave.
4. Gradually (1 tablespoon), add in the melted chocolate mixed nuts and flakes (it took me 1/3 of the mass, the rest went to a decoration). Mix well.
5. Using a teaspoon spread the chocolate on the walls and bottom of the molds (I have silicone, will be removed baskets from other molds, do not know). Put in the refrigerator until fully cured (I have froze in 30 minutes).
6. Carefully remove the tarts from the molds.
7. To the cream add the vanilla sugar and beat until stiff peaks.
8. To shift the whipped cream in a pastry syringe and squeeze it into each basket. I'm still in the cream added a bit of jam from the cherries (just for color). Decorate the tarts with the remaining nuts and cereals. Put in the refrigerator before serving.
