In a saucepan with a thick bottom to put the cream, salt, sugar and coffee. Put on the stove and bring to no occurrence of bubbles at the edges. Add the honey and again bring to boil. Reduce heat, add butter and cook, stirring constantly, about 20-25 minutes. Then remove from heat.
Pour it into moulds. Allow to cool. Remove in the freezer for 2-3 hours.
