Cooking
Cabbage shinkuem, preminum, slightly prisolit.
Put the cabbage in a pan, add diluted in a small amount of water tomato paste and put on a small fire to extinguish.
In a pan fry finely chopped onion.
When the liquid evaporated from the onions, add the carrots, grated on a coarse grater. Fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add the diced cucumber, simmer until cooked under a lid, if necessary adding water.
Add diced sausage, simmer for two minutes.
Add the butter, simmer two minutes.
Add contents of skillet to the cabbage.
Stew all together for 5 minutes under the lid. Bon appetit!
