I want to share a favorite in our family recipe for cooking the liver. The liver is so delicious and flavorful!

Cooking
First, prepare the batter. For this mix the egg and sour cream.
Add flour and a little salt. Mix well. Leave the batter to rest while they prepare the liver.
Liver wash, clean from the tapes, cut into serving pieces. Slightly beats and sprinkle with spices. I have is a mixture of spices to prepare "Maccheroni contadina" (Peasant pasta or something like that))), imported from Italy. It is composed of dried - garlic, oregano, celery, onion, carrot, tomatoes and salt. You can use any of your favorite spices.
Preheat the pan with vegetable oil. Dip liver slices in batter and put them in the hot oil.
Fry two sides for a few minutes. Served with vegetables and greens. The batter turns out tender, and allows you to keep the liver from drying out. Bon appetit!
