Cooking
To the cream add the softened butter and stir. Then add the flour and knead the dough. Salt is not add - in the filling will be salty cheese!
Prepare the filling: grate on a coarse grater cheese...

Preheat the oven (180-200). Roll out the dough and spread the dough to the form, to make bumpers. Do not worry if the bumpers turned out uneven! After you put the stuffing, we align the knife edges.
