Description

Finnish blueberry pie
I love all kinds of berries. They have some cozy... or something. And especially nice in the cold season drinking a Cup of hot tea with a slice of that berry pie and dream about summer. A little doubt in the Finnish origin of the pie, but I think that any Finn would not mind a slice! Recipe borrowed from LJ Chedaki

Cooking

step-0
For the test we need to chop with a knife (or any other available means. I saw on the Internet the special thing for me to do this here is the chopped dough, and now I dream about it :-[ ) the cold butter with the flour, cottage cheese, pinch of salt and ground almonds.
step-1
Add to the egg batter, mix thoroughly.
step-2
Spread in the form laid with baking paper, forming a small bumpers (I have a form with a diameter of 23 cm), pierce with fork in several places and put into the fridge for an hour.
step-3
To fill thoroughly mix sour cream, yolks, sugar and vanillin (or vanilla sugar).
step-4
Pour filling into chilled dough, spread on top of frozen blueberries (thawed not necessary). Send the cake in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 30-40 minutes (generally, of course, keep in mind your oven, I bake quickly. The sign of readiness is thickened pie filling).
step-5
Before removing from the mold and cut, should be cool, just like any pie with berries.
step-6
Bon appetit!
