Normandy Apple pie
Another Apple pie to help the struggling crops cooks!) Recipe from the November issue of the "Grocery store". A simple tart with a soft filling. I love French cuisine!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    3.5 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Apple

    4 piece

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

  • Cream

    0.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Calvados

    1 tsp

  • Cinnamon

Cooking

Sift flour, add salt, a pinch of sugar.

A little butter finely chop, mix with flour into crumbs. Add egg yolk, 1-2 tbsp water and knead the dough. Wrap in clingfilm and put into the refrigerator for half an hour.

Roll out the dough, put in greased form (24-26 cm, to form a rim and prick with a fork, again put into the refrigerator.

Squeeze of half a lemon juice. Apples, peel and seeds, cut into thin slices, sprinkle with lemon juice.

For filling: slightly warm the milk and cream. Beat the eggs with 3 tbsp of sugar, add milk and cream, the Calvados and stir well.

Preheat the oven to 180 gr. On dough to lay out rows of apples (still darkened).

From top to pour the dressing. Sprinkle with cinnamon as desired. Bake for 30-40 minutes until lightly Golden.
