Malabi
This dessert is originally from Arab countries. In the middle ages passed into Europe through Sicily and Spain. It was originally made from almond milk or ground almonds and using any starch.

Ingredients

  • Water

    3.5 cup

  • Milk

    2 cup

  • Cream

    250 ml

  • Sugar

    2.5 cup

  • Vanilla sugar

    20 g

  • Corn starch

    3 Tbsp

  • Gelatin

    14 g

  • Water

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

In a separate bowl dissolve the gelatine in a little water. Also come with a starch.

In a large saucepan bring to a boil (do not boil!!!!!!!) water, milk, cream, sugar and vanilla sugar. Add gelatin to the pan, stirring constantly. Stir thoroughly. In the same way to add starch. Bring again to a boil and remove from heat. Cool slightly and add rose water, mix well.

Pour into shape and put in the fridge for 4-6 hours minimum.

Sauce: in a saucepan boil water, sugar and rose water (optional - red food coloring), remove from heat and let cool completely. Version of the submission: for a dish to feed pour a little sauce, roll it shape with malaby and decorate as desired. Bon appetit!!!!!!!!
