Maybe better to cut smaller.

In a food processor (done with hands) mix the flour, cocoa, baking powder, butter and sugar.
Add the egg, dried apricots and nuts.
Mix the sour cream, milk and soda.
To add to the rest mass and mix well. Not for long...
Remove the form with a frozen chocolate from the fridge, lay on top of the dough and flatten (easy to do with a spatula).
Put in a preheated 180*C oven and bake for exactly 30 minutes Remove the cake from the oven, allow to cool and flip. Carefully remove the baking paper. Put in refrigerator for 1-2 hours. When the chocolate "hardens" to cut into cakes.
the Author. Maybe it is better to cut smaller... I did and krupnosortnyj and chopped. The second option is better. To cut better when the cake has cooled and the chocolate is already good "grab"... If when cutting the chocolate will break then dip the knife in hot water, wipe dry and cut cake. A very delicious thing, of course, if you love chocolate..:))
NUU.. and even if will cracks :-X ;-).. we hide under a light blanket of cocoa powder.
