Cakes with dried apricots, nuts and chocolate
Now.. how sweet.. no "indulged" dessert. Divinely delicious, chocolate (lots and lots of chocolate))) cakes. And again, thank you so much for the recipe Sonia from LJ, buxgalter_sofia, honey my accountant.

Ingredients

  • Chocolate milk

    250 g

  • Flour

    210 g

  • Leavening agent

    1.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Cocoa powder

    0.25 cup

  • Butter

    125 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Dried apricots

    1 cup

  • Walnuts

    0.5 cup

  • Sour cream

    150 g

  • Milk

    0.333 cup

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

Remove the form with a frozen chocolate from the fridge, lay on top of the dough and flatten (easy to do with a spatula).

Put in a preheated 180*C oven and bake for exactly 30 minutes Remove the cake from the oven, allow to cool and flip. Carefully remove the baking paper. Put in refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
