Cottage cheese and Apple soufflé
Tender curd, sweet Apple Yes with a Cup of tea.... the beauty

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    400 g

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Apple

    4 piece

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Egg white

    6 piece

  • Powdered sugar

    5 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

Apples peel, remove core and chop in a blender. Sprinkle with sugar (the amount of focus on the sweetness of the apples themselves, I took one tablespoon) and stir.

Then the apples put them in a saucepan and put on low heat, stirring, bring to a boil and set aside to cool.

Meanwhile, the cottage cheese whipped with sour cream and egg yolks, add 2 tablespoons of sugar and beat again. Form of grease with butter and put the cheese mass.

The cheese spread was already cold apples (without the separated liquid) and sprinkle them lightly with powdered sugar (1 tbsp).

Now for proteins. Be very careful separating the whites from the yolks (I did not get, unfortunately, and one yolk foully fell to the plate with a protein, take it out without damage but I did not succeed, so my eggs whites are bad and not very lush). As soon as handled it a responsible matter, to proteins, you need to add the remaining powdered sugar and beat the whole thing in a foam. Then using a pastry syringe put the resulting mass on the apples and send in the oven for 30 minutes.
