Cut out cookies the same shape, just different sizes (with my new molds I have already boasted in the diary :) ). Bake 10-12 minutes at 190-200*C. Remove from sheet, let cool.
Of course, the cookies are done, BUT...I have NEW molds!!! big and small I cut the dough, and the average figures from marzipan, which I unrolled the cake (also in writing). Now collect the "tower" on the great cookies apply some sour jam, put the marzipan, again a little jam and a little cookie on top. Pressed, holding tight. You can decorate the top with frosting, melted chocolate, beads, and so forth, if it's a holiday version, and I had a cookie "for now", so not decorated.
