Stuffed language in the test
Offer the option of dishes for the festive table. It turns out very tasty and satisfying.

Ingredients

  • Beef tongue

Language wash, cover with water so that the water covers the language well. Bring to boil + salt, pepper (black) and cook until tender (about 2 hours - all depends on the language). Bake at t 180 until cooked. It is approximately 30 minutes. Because the language we have ready, the filling is almost the same. So, we need to wait until ready and Golden brown test.
