Fresh pork fat cut into small pieces, RUB the garlic, coarse salt and sprinkle with black pepper.. Cloves of garlic and spread around the pieces of fat.
The harvested fat is put in a glass jar, close the lid, leave overnight at room temperature, and then put in the refrigerator. Three days later, the fat is ready!
