Meat in Albanian
Delicious and easy to make meat pancakes that will appeal to both adults and children.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    500 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Flour

    4 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    4 Tbsp

  • Seasoning

  • Black pepper

Take the pork neck, wash out and cut in a deep dish, small cubes (cut some strips, but having tried both, I came to the conclusion - cubes better than fried and if you, like me, have small children, they the cubes easier to eat), then cut onion 2 PCs (if they are small. If the onion is large, then 500 gr. pork I manage one), divide the eggs, then add the spices (mine is usually "delicious salt with 12 herbs" and a mixture of 5 peppers, but a little).

Add 4 tablespoons flour (that's flour with the starch, I personally do not like taste), mayonnaise, around 100 grams, it is better to add little by little to not get liquid in the end.

It all a good stir, let it brew (if you need to cook quickly, then I put literally 10 minutes in the refrigerator, if there is time, but 1,5-2 hours)

After that, a tablespoon of spread on a pan like pancakes and fry on both sides... and voila - yummy ready, Bon appetit.

Can be eaten with any side dish and can even (my husband loves) just to put on the bread and eat as a sandwich.
