Walnut cupcakes
Again, I muffins. Delicious, mild, nutty... Not too sweet. With milk in the afternoon, large and small.

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Cocoa powder

    2 tsp

  • Walnuts

    0.75 cup

  • Flour

    0.25 cup

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Leavening agent

    1 pack

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

  • Dark chocolate

    100 g

Sugar grind with Nesquik (was crushed, because he's so whipped better, and with the Nesquik because my daughter asked )

Grind the nuts too, but not in a flour, slightly larger. Nuts pretty much.

Then mom got distracted... from photography. Egg whisk with sugar, add sour cream and flour mixed with baking powder

add the nuts

form grease with oil or margarine

Pour the batter over the cups, decorate with dark chocolate chunks

Bake at 220 for 20-25 minutes. Look at the oven, check the readiness with a stick.
