Actually this pie another name – "Christmas cake", but since Christmas is long gone, and I bake during this holiday, and there was no time to put it on the website, so I decided to change the name..... Although why wait a whole year to try it, I bake it quite often.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Sour cream

    100 g

  • Cheese

    300 g

  • Cinnamon

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Dried apricots

    100 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Butter

    250 g

Cooking

Separate the whites from the yolks, yolks of 3 eggs with a half Cup of sugar until white.

Add the softened butter, then sour cream, baking powder and flour. The dough should come off the hands, put into the refrigerator.
