Puff with chicken liver
America, this is the recipe I will not open, just wanted to share the recipe of puffs of this form. The filling can be used as savoury and sweet.

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    300 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Milk

    3 Tbsp

  • Puff pastry

    400 g

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Puff pastry to thaw.

Liver processing, carrots, onions clear and finely chop. All fry in vegetable oil, salt.

Skip fried liver with vegetables through a meat grinder.

In the received forcemeat add the milk to make elastic mass, mix well.

The dough is cut into squares. In each square to make cuts on two sides as in the photo.

Put the filling in the middle.

Connect the side of the dough (see photo).

The edges or press with fork.

Top grease yolk (except the strap).
