Potatoes from duhovochku
An unusually simple but very tasty dish!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Cream cheese

    200 g

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Spices

Potatoes thoroughly wash and dry.

Cut a slice of potato, spread it on the foil. In the resulting cut add a little butter, salt, pepper to taste.

Tightly wrap with foil and put in preheated oven for 50 minutes.

10 minutes before readiness start preparing the filling. In a bowl for mixing the cream cheese spread.

Add finely chopped chives and the juice of one lemon. Mix everything.

Take the potatoes out of the oven, put a slit in the stuffing. Potatoes may be broken in order to fit more toppings. Decorate and serve it hot on the table. Bon appetit!
