Clean and cut into slices of mackerel, mixed with spices, onion (1 piece), grated carrot (0,5 units) and mayonnaise. Let it stand 0.5 hours. Clean the potato and cut it into rings, add some onion, grated carrot, salt, pepper and mayonnaise suprasel. Form cover with foil, put potatoes (I add inside a little more oil (50 grams) on top of the potato - mackerel. Wrap well in foil and put in preheated oven (180-200°).
