Old Russian dish, which was prepared for the holidays and even for weddings. We cooked it for Christmas, so that guests remember their childhood. For now, this dish does not train. I want to add - everyone was happy!

Cooking
Liver, lung and heart cut into large pieces.
Cook until tender (approximately 1 hour).
Mince (mesh large grinder).
Eggs add in milk and whisk, add salt and spices - to taste.
Eggs with milk, pour in minced offal. Crumble and overcook the onions, spread on top, sprinkle with cheese. Put 40 minutes in the oven (you can just on the stove). Here in the photo half Caravaca. That's all you can eat!
