Perfect cabbage pie
I love pies and cakes with cabbage. Today offer you the perfect ( for my taste) cake of fresh and pickled cabbage, mushrooms and two types of Onions. Pie series " and in the feast and in the world." Not ashamed to serve to guests and loved to please!!!

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    400 g

  • Sauerkraut

    400 g

  • Mushrooms

    1 cup

  • Bow white

    1 piece

  • Leeks

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Cumin

    1 tsp

  • Puff pastry

    2 piece

  • Sesame

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

    5 g

  • Mayonnaise

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Shall we?! Fry the chopped onion half rings. Add the chopped leek rings.

After 3 minutes add the mushrooms, lightly fry together.

Add cumin. Salt and pepper.

Followed by shredded fresh cabbage.

Stew under a lid for 10 minutes, add the sauerkraut. Simmer with the addition of a small amount of water ( glass)

Place it into a bowl. Whisk 2 eggs and add a tablespoon of mayonnaise. Pour into cabbage and stir.

Wet baking paper and press. So it will be easier to put into shape.

Brush with vegetable oil. Lay out first layer of dough.

On top of the filling.

Wrap the edges. On top of the open cabbage put a cut-out heart shape pendant ( leaves, circles...)

Cover the cabbage. Thoroughly prick with fork.

Brush with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds!

In the oven. I have 35 minutes at 200 gr. but, standing on your oven calculate. You know all the nuances.
