Cake with strawberry pudding
Easy in all respects pie! Slightly moist vanilla sponge cake, covered with a thick layer of strawberry pudding.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    1.5 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    0.5 cup

  • Milk

    1.5 cup

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Vanilla

  • Strawberry

    700 g

  • Water

    0.5 cup

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Vanilla

  • Corn starch

    40 g

  • Cream

Cooking

Whisk the egg whites until stiff peaks.

Separate egg yolks with sugar, vanilla and butter. Add milk and smesite at low speed with a mixer.
