Description

Apricot cobbler with cheese
Simple and very quick dessert. Even a child will cope! Can be prepared with any seasonal berries and fruit, and winter jam. Cheese generally can not add, and only use the berries.

Ingredients

  • Apricot

    8 piece

  • Soft cheese

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Butter

    80 g

Cooking

Apricots cut into halves, remove seeds and put into a form.

On each half put a slice of cheese.

In a bowl, mix the egg, sugar and flour to a state of fine crumbs.

Sprinkle it berries.

Top evenly with melted butter.

Bake 35-40 min. until Golden brown in a preheated 190 degree oven. Cool 10 min.
