Cream soup Idaho
Recipe shared friend, long and well settled in the States. The soup is very tasty, healthy, with a soft, creamy texture, light scent of rosemary and fried onions. If you exclude the bacon, will be indispensable in the post, because it's hearty, quick and easy to prepare.

Ingredients

  • Beans

    1 cup

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

  • Broth

    2.5 cup

  • Rosemary

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Pepper white

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

For this soup it is best to take white bean, the color is just as soft as the texture. I have Lima beans brand Mistral. Soak the beans overnight in plenty of water.

In the morning drain the water, put the remaining beans in pot, add water or broth (I have chicken), Bay leaf and a fresh sprig of rosemary. Dilute with the broth (water) to desired thickness. When serving sprinkle with herbs, croutons and fried bacon, ham or pieces of boiled chicken meat.
