Oatmeal muffin
Very delicate, airy and soft cake, besides, extremely tasty! I urge everyone to try it! For the recipe, I want to thank Nathalya.

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    1 cup

  • Serum

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Butter

    80 g

  • Cinnamon

  • Vanilla sugar

Cooking

Pour oatmeal hot serum and leave to swell at least 20 minutes (ideally, of course, at night).

Add the egg and melted butter, stir and pour in the soda.

Sift the flour and mix with plain and vanilla sugar and cinnamon.

Add the dry ingredients to the oat mixture, stir and pour into a greased form. Fill no more than 2/3 full as cake rises very well.

Bake at 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Ready to test a torch. Before you slice the cake, have it completely cool. I, unfortunately, didn't have time to wait for it to cool down. The family demanded a cake for tea and gave me to shoot quite a bit of time. So cut it was hard (the cake is very soft and crumbly), and the photo turned out not quite like I wanted.:blush:
