Carrot cake

Description

Here is one recipe for carrot cake, but certainly not that one. I'm on the site for more than a year, already cooked many recipes from here and here, decided to also start sharing your. The pie cooked for about 4 years. And my whole family eats it!

Ingredients

Flour

250 g
Sugar

125 g
Yogurt

125 ml
Carrots

1.5 cup
Chicken egg

2 piece
Cinnamon

1 tsp
Soda

0.5 tsp

Cooking

Mix the sifted flour with soda, sugar and cinnamon.

Add the eggs and yogurt.

Then add the carrots and carefully mix.

Bake in a preheated 200*C oven for 1 hour. You can decorate with powdered sugar mixed with cinnamon or just sugar powder. I always cook a double batch, because one is not enough :-).
