For the first time my husband and I tried this snack being at his home in Nalchik... I Love to try something new here as snacks for beer, ordered a café smoked cheese in the batter... Husband as it is without much enthusiasm tried a piece, under my head:)... well under the brandy he, too, is not bad going:) had to order a second serving... On arrival home I decided to play it... Turned out pretty not bad!:) And now I so now I want some smoked cheese:) Fried! I share with you this recipe;-)
