Very hearty and easy to prepare sandwiches. They once cooked for my mother in law in the country, and I loved it. Decided to share with You this quick, summer sandwiches.

In a bowl chop the herbs, squeeze two cloves of garlic. On a coarse grater grate the potatoes, add the egg, salt, pepper and mix well.
