Description
Muffin with whole wheat (you can oat) flakes, very delicate, airy and flavorful. With orange and chocolate. Overall, very tasty and quick!

Cooking
Beat with a mixer on low speed, butter room temperature, sugar and a pinch of salt.
There grate on a fine grater orange zest, eggs, add hydrated soda, mix well.
Cut the orange slices, put together with the juice into the mixture.
Cut the chocolate (I took porous, bitter), put there.
Pour the cereal, whisk quite vigorously. Add a glass of flour, whisk, turns out light, tender dough.
Form lay baking paper (optional, of course), lightly grease with vegetable oil and spread the dough.
Bake in the oven on low heat for a long time to match out of the cupcake almost dry (I have somewhere around an hour, but it all depends on the oven). Cool cupcake take out. Here such it turns out. From above I poured the melted chocolate. Bon appetit and good mood)))
