Description

Apple tart Tatin with nuts and oatmeal
Tatin - this upside down Apple cake with caramel syrup. It was invented by sisters Stephanie and Caroline Tatin by name. Inherited from his father he inherited the hotel. Women continued to accept guests, managed the farm and cooked in the kitchen. Once one of the sisters in the rush to put apples on the bottom of the form for baking, simply confused the sequence of actions. Seeing his mistake, added it on top of the dough and put the pie in the oven. Removing from the mold the finished cake, the woman turned his way and gave - up apples. In those days, pies were baked with a closed test filling, so the upside-down meal created a furor. I think that many people love upside-down cakes for the simplicity of execution. Sure we all and we have a few different choices of cooking Apple pie. Try one and you'll love it.
