Description
This recipe was my "inspired by" memories of trip to El Salvador. This small tropical country with its nature, traditions and cuisine left a deep impression on my soul. Favorite dish of most of Salvadorian - corn tortillas with a funny name "pupusa". Since I couldn't find we have the main ingredient - masa harina - the corn mixture is ready for the test, we had to improvise. Therefore, because of gag to call their cakes "pupusa" can't. And the form I've changed a bit. Pupusa happens with different fillings. Today I did the cheese, which is very similar in taste to Salvadoran cheese queso fresco.

Cooking
Of warm yogurt, wheat and corn flour, salt and knead the dough. Cover and leave aside.
Prepare the filling: mix cottage Cheese with egg and salt to taste. Parsley wash, finely chop and add to stuffing. Mix well.
Formed from the dough small balls (about the size of a walnut) on a floured Board roll out thin tortillas (thinner than dumplings). On one tortilla spread cheese, cover with another and zasiyaet edges.
Spread on a pan with preheated butter and fry on both sides until a beautiful brown.
That's what happens. To serve warm with sour cream. Who loves pan-fried dumplings, one will appreciate :)
