Tortillas with cheese and dill
Excellent for tea cakes, stuffed with cheese and herbs. Source nagmaa, LJ

Ingredients

  • Flour

    650 g

  • Water

    230 g

  • Sugar

    30 g

  • Margarine

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Butter

  • Cheese

    500 g

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Peppers red hot chilli

Knead the dough. I was kneading in the bread maker (due to my laziness :)). Divide the dough into 8 equal parts and roll out on a pellet with a diameter of 20 cm

Take one tortilla, put on her stuffing,

Cover with another tortilla, and rolled with a rolling pin. We get 4 tortillas with filling. Preheat the oven to 200 C (if there is an upper or gas grill would be a good idea to include). Bake the cakes about 7-9 minutes (until Golden brown). When cakes are ready, brush them with melted butter. Serve hot.

FOR the FILLING: mix Cheese with chopped dill and add the hot red pepper to taste.
