Cooking

step-0
Start cooking this pie is best in the evening because pear needs to steep in the wine for at least 5 hours. I was 12, they went only benefit - the color and taste became the most intense. So, pear wash, peel, cut into halves, remove seed pods.
step-1
In a small saucepan fold the pears, add the brown sugar (1/2 Cup), cinnamon, star anise and pour the wine. If you have a very sweet wine, sugar amount can be reduced.
step-2
Boil on low heat pears in wine for 10 minutes. The fire off the pot cover and go to sleep.)))
step-3
This is what we see in the morning! Beauty! And the smell! Crazy you crazy!
step-4
Pears to pass on a paper towel (they need to dry a little) and prepare the dough for the pie. Beat brown sugar and softened butter until light, fluffy mass.
step-5
Gradually add chopped into small pieces of marzipan, each time carefully whisking and achieving a smooth, homogeneous mass. Continuing to whisk, add the eggs one by one into the dough. Sift flour mixed with baking soda and mix briefly one last time. A long time to knead!
step-6
The sides and bottom of the form vystelit baking paper, to establish a wine pears. Can be a bit off the butt to pears fell. Put the dough, flatten. Bake at least one hour at 180 C. I did 1 hour and 10 minutes. About 40 minutes had to close the pie with foil, so I started too reddening. To include only the bottom heat, otherwise there is a chance to get too tan pie.
step-7
And here he is our handsome! Well, isn't that good? To me, these pears on the edge of the cake reminded the crown, and this pie deserves it rightly, truly a Royal dessert!
