Cake dough with addition of mashed potatoes. The crumb is porous, airy, with a flavor of Basil.

  • Mashed potatoes

  • Yogurt

    185 ml

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    20 g

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Salt

    1.5 tsp

  • Basil
