Cooking
First you need knead the dough. In warm milk add yeast and allow them to blossom. Then add salt, sugar, vegetable oil and mix well. Add half portions of flour, stir and then enter the remaining flour gradually. It took me 310 g of flour, you focus on your, you may need more or less. The dough will be elastic and soft. Put in a warm place.
While suitable dough, you can prepare the filling. Apples peel, remove core and cut into small cubes. In a pan melt the butter and add the apples. Fry on medium heat for 3 minutes, then add the sugar and sauté for 10 minutes.
Add the cinnamon, vanilla, almond petals, stir and fry for another 5 minutes, till the filling becomes slightly viscous. Then add the flour and stir. The stuffing is ready.

Roll the dough in Plast ~ 40x40cm. I rolled on the silicone Mat, if you roll on the table, then sprinkle with flour so that the dough is not stuck. Cut the circle into 12 parts, each of which distribute the cooled filling and roll the rolls. At the corner of the bagel slightly brush with water to glue the dough (so the rolls don't unfold during baking).
