Biscuits
Tasty cookies! The top is crispy - thanks to corn flakes, and tender inside. With the addition of raisins.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Brown sugar

    0.75 cup

  • Sugar

    0.75 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

  • Flour

    2.5 cup

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Raisins

    1 cup

  • Corn flakes

Whisk brown sugar, sugar, butter for 10 minutes, add the egg and vanilla, and beat for another 2 minutes, add the sifted flour ( if the flour is soft, it is 2.5 cups, but if solid 2 cups) with baking soda and knead the dough.

Add steamed and drained raisins.

Make balls the size of a walnut and coat in corn flakes.

Bake cookies in preheated oven 10 minutes at 180*C. remove the cookies from the sheet after cooling.
