Very tasty meat of my favorite "Recipes encore" of the newspaper "Skatert-Samobranka". The recipe received a lot of accolades and you can see deservedly so) I cook for him for many years, the meat always turns out very soft and delicious.
Mix meat, onion, carrot and garlic, add the tomato paste (you can get ketchup), vinegar 70%, salt, spices to taste. Leave to marinate not less than an hour, more is better, I marinated the night. Fry the meat in the pan for 50 minutes. 10 minutes before end of cooking add in the meat broth diluted with starch in it. The original recipe is added to the bouillon, but since on this site the dice not held in high esteem, writing just the broth, although very often use a gelatinous broth instead of cubes. Mash well, just very tasty!
