Chicken thighs in an Asian style
Fragrant chicken definitely will not be superfluous on the Christmas table.

Ingredients

  • Chicken thigh

    1.6 kg

  • Soy sauce

    50 ml

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

  • Ginger

    50 g

  • Black pepper

  • Coriander

    1 tsp

Let's start with the fact that we will cut the garlic slices.

With chicken thighs cut excess fat. On the inner side (where there is no skin) will despegue them garlic (2-3 plates of garlic on thigh). Completely hide the garlic in the meat.

And now for the "acupuncture". I take a regular syringe, you fill it in the soy sauce and cut away the thigh in several places. On one thigh should be about 4-5 ml of soy sauce.

Put the chicken into a marinating dish. Add the peppers, coriander and ginger. Ginger root I grate and additionally squeezed through chesnokodavilku (to get rid of large coarse fibers - I do not like them). Puck literally poured tablespoons of soy sauce. Mix and leave to marinate for an hour or two.

Preheat the oven to about 200 degrees. Put the thighs on a baking sheet and put into the oven for 40 minutes - an hour until cooked. Towards the end of baking, pour the ham, separated juice.

That's the chicken we have. On the side we prefer rice (especially good mix with wild rice).
