Fragrant biscuits of my childhood. Earlier in Riga sold in the cafe "Daile", hence the name. Unfortunately, I don't know the exact recipe, so I tried to cook these cookies with their complements.

Cooking
This is our set of products.
Beat eggs with two kinds of sugar until light foam. Add the softened butter, a pinch of salt, vanilla essence and again beat.
Add the sifted flour and gently stir the dough with a spatula.
Baking tray lay a baking paper. I, just in case, smeared it with butter. Spread a thin layer of dough and flatten it with a spatula.
Bake in preheated to 200 degrees oven for about 10 minutes. Do not overdry, and that the cake will harden. Cut the cake into 6 equal strips and top coat blackcurrant jam.
Fold in 2 stacks of 3 plates. Sprinkle the top with powdered sugar, and toasted and chopped almonds. Cut into pieces a La carte.
Here is a snapshot of the cookies we did it in about 30 minutes! The brown sugar gave the dough a honey aroma and taste. Well, crushed with sugar, fresh black currant in additional advertising and does not need!
